Cogo is a software company. While we do work closely together with our clients we don't have a consulting arm.
In order to match the full range of services our clients might require, we work together with partners to implement Cogo at clients. These system integrators or consulting companies are responsible for the implementation, and usually are the first contact person for the clients.
Cogo will be involved solving escalated technical issues, product customization, upgrading the product regularly, and previewing new functionality.
We usually work with partners in the analytics space that can offer Cogo as a solution to their clients when there is a fit. Usually projects where Cogo is deployed entail more than just a technical implementation, but there is also a large consulting, and change management component.
